As a Field Services Engineer, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Field Services Engineer Location: Syracuse, NY What's the Job? Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware. Install, configure, support, and maintain hardware and operating system solutions. Communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel. Monitor the environment for potential system issues and resolve appropriately. Conduct training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications.
