Position Summary

A growing recruitment team in Miami is seeking an experienced  Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across a variety of roles, with a strong emphasis on the hospitality sector. This position is ideal for a dynamic, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build strong talent pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The Recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure hiring needs are met with quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for hospitality and related industries
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, culture fit, and experience
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and recruitment targets
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple platforms, networks, and industry channels
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate documentation within ATS and internal systems
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Represent the company professionally when interfacing with clients and external partners
  • Participate in recruitment events, networking opportunities, and industry gatherings as needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes and employer branding
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional recruiting experience
  • Full cycle recruitment expertise required
  • Agency recruitment experience strongly preferred
  • Hospitality industry recruitment experience is highly desirable
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid role with time split between office and remote work
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
