About Us

Heal Your Roots Wellness is a therapist-founded group practice designed to support clinicians who want to blend clinical work with creative marketing and business development. We're looking for a licensed therapist to serve as our Associate Director of Marketing —someone passionate about both client care and leading our practice growth through authentic, values-aligned marketing.

A Unique Hybrid Leadership Opportunity

This position combines clinical work with marketing leadership, ideal for a licensed therapist interested in practice development, content creation, and building our professional brand.

Marketing Leadership (50% of full-time schedule)

• Drive Practice Growth: Lead our digital marketing strategy to expand our online presence and attract ideal clients
• Leverage Marketing Technology: Use our content creation software and AI tools to efficiently develop blog posts, social media content, and website updates at scale
• Strategic Content Development: Create compelling, values-aligned marketing materials that resonate with potential clients and showcase our therapists' expertise
• Brand Building: Develop and maintain our practice's professional brand across all digital platforms
• Support Clinician Marketing: Help our therapists optimize their online profiles and grow their individual caseloads
• Innovate & Optimize: Stay open to learning new tools and technologies that make our marketing efforts more efficient and effective

Clinical Work (50% of full-time schedule)

• Bring your existing caseload: Transfer your current clients to our practice and continue providing care within our supportive infrastructure
• Full administrative support: We handle scheduling, billing, and intake so you can focus on care
• Community: Join and help build a supportive network of telehealth colleagues
• Work-Life Balance: Manage your own schedule to prevent burnout

Compensation & Schedule

• $50,000–$60,000 annual salary (depending on experience and marketing expertise)
• Flexible fully remote schedule combining clinical and marketing leadership
• Clinical sessions: Evenings encouraged

Qualifications

Required:

• Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or Professional Counseling
• Fully licensed (LMFT, LPC, or equivalent in Pennsylvania)
• Established caseload of clients who can transfer with you to our practice
• Strong writing skills and demonstrated experience with content creation or marketing
• Comfort with social media platforms, blogging, and website content management
• Reliable internet connection and private, HIPAA-compliant space for telehealth sessions

Preferred:

• Experience with SEO, digital content strategy, or online brand building
• Background in trauma-informed care
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, social media schedulers)
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
