A Day In The Life

    \n
  • Troubleshooting & Planning: Assess equipment issues, determine replacement needs, and develop logical, efficient repair plans.
  • \n
  • Electrical Systems: Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings to install, repair, calibrate, and service a wide range of electronic devices and systems.
  • \n
  • Equipment Operation: Start up and shut down machinery in accordance with company safety protocols.
  • \n
  • Installation & Maintenance: Install, adjust, and repair electrical distribution systems, motors, switches, heating/cooling controls, gauges, PLCs, and other electrical components used in both production and office environments.
  • \n
  • Voltage Versatility: Work with various voltage levels as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • \n
  • Blueprint Proficiency: Execute tasks based on blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions.
  • \n
  • Tool & Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, cranes, hand tools, saws, drills, and other equipment as needed.
  • \n

  • Lift 60-80 lbs manually for loading/unloading parts, setting up equipment, and other tasks.

  • Lift 50 lbs from floor to waist and vice versa.
  • \n
  • Stand for extended periods with standard break intervals.

  • Full use of both hands.

  • Ability to walk, hear, and see to perform essential job functions safely and effectively.
