Description: Sushi Servers members are integral to providing exceptional dining experiences for our customers. They are responsible for delivering prompt and courteous service while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include taking orders accurately, delivering food and beverages promptly, providing menu recommendations, upselling items, maintaining cleanliness in their assigned areas, processing payments accurately, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Servers have the opportunity to earn tips based on their performance and interaction with customers, enhancing their overall compensation.

Japanese Cuisine knowledge required, Nigiris, Japanese Seafood, Omakase, Sakes.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and bar promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials or additional items.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in during their dining experience.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Maximize tip potential through exceptional customer service and attentiveness.
