Overview The School of Exercise and Nutritional Sciences in the College of Health and Human Services at San Diego State University is accepting applications for a part-time lecturer pool for 2025-2026. Temporary appointments may be full- or part-time and are often made just prior to the start of the academic term. Initial appointments are typically for one semester and may be renewed based on satisfactory evaluations and continuing availability of work. Applications will remain in the pool during the academic year you apply. The Fall term begins mid-August and ends late-December; the Spring term begins mid-January and ends mid-May. Opportunities for teaching during the Summer Sessions may also be available. Most new appointees are hired at the Lecturer A or B rank and placed at the beginning of the range.
