This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining offset printing presses and digital equipment to produce high-quality printed materials for our gaming industry clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in both offset and digital printing processes and a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Set up and operate offset printing presses according to job specifications. Operate digital presses for variable data and short-run jobs. Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on presses. Review job tickets and ensure accurate materials and settings. Maintain a clean and organized press area. Work closely with production team to meet deadlines and quality requirements. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience operating offset presses. Experience with digital press operation preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work second shift and occasional overtime. Knowledge of color theory and print quality standards. Skills & Competencies Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving and technical skills for press adjustments. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
