Purpose:

We’re seeking a Social & Email Marketing Specialist to join our content department, supporting the social media and email marketing initiatives that drive engagement and growth for our home service clients.

In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day execution across email platforms and social channels, working closely with the Director of Content & Social and the Senior Content & Social Manager. You’ll write compelling copy, coordinate content calendars, and bring a strategic eye to optimizing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

This is an ideal role for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, balances creativity with analytical thinking, and wants to contribute meaningfully to both brand storytelling and performance marketing. As this is a remote position, you should be comfortable working independently, staying organized, and effectively communicating with the team virtually.

Key Functional Area or Responsibility:

Email Marketing

• Plan and execute client email campaigns, from ideation and copywriting to deployment and analysis.
• Write compelling subject lines and calls-to-action to increase engagement.
• Manage email lists, segments, and automations within tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and ServiceTitan.
• Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Collaborate with the Senior Content & Social Manager to execute campaign strategies and maintain brand consistency.
• Monitor engagement and community activity, crafting thoughtful, on-brand responses.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.

Reputation Management

• Draft and post review responses across client Google Business Profiles and other review sites.
• Support ongoing engagement and reputation-building through timely, brand-aligned interactions.

Content Support

• Contribute to blog, newsletter, and campaign copywriting.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, tone, and SEO best practices.
• Partner with the creative team to ensure visual and written assets align seamlessly.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with the Director of Content & Social and Senior Content & Social Manager to align on campaign objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving trends in social, email, and digital marketing.
• Contribute proactive ideas to enhance engagement, improve workflows, and support the team’s larger goals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing; SMS marketing experience is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in social media and digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Proven ability to manage content calendars and execute campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for tailoring tone and messaging per audience.
• Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or ServiceTitan.
• Familiarity with social tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile).
• Understanding of SEO, analytics, and content performance tracking.
• Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable in a fully remote, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Nice-to-Have: ServiceTitan experience; Home Services client experience.
