• Work Arrangement and Hours Per Week: In Person working 2 days, 14 hours per week with option to work an additional 3 days, 21 hours per week at an additional campus

• Dates: 8/20/25-6/12/26

• Age Range of Students: Elementary and Middle School
\n
• Experience as a School Based BCBA: Minimum 1 year full time School or ABA Clinic based experience with school aged children
\n

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) – School Based - Qualifications and Duties:

\n

\n
• BCBA will provide behavior analysis services and develop behavior intervention plans for special education students.  In addition, this person provides support and professional learning to school staff, paraprofessionals, and parents/guardians, with respect to behavior intervention techniques, conducting assessments, and developing behavior intervention plans.
\n
• Acts as liaison with the public and mental health community for the purpose of supporting individual student development goals.
\n
• Administers programs and services for behaviorally or emotionally disturbed students.
\n
• Assists with student crisis intervention, developing interventions, functional behavior assessments and behavior plans.
\n
• Collaborates with school personnel, agencies, and families in coordinating individualized services for students. Collecting and Summarizing Behavioral Data
\n
• Completes all reporting requirements as mandated by the district, state, federal, and educational agencies (i.e. restraint and seclusion, assessments, behavioral data)
\n
• Participates in the development of Individualized Educational Programs for students.
\n
• Provides social skills instruction to students utilizing research-based methodologies and approved District curricula.
\n

License – Education - Certification:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential from BACB
\n
• BCBA License in Massachusetts
\n
